This perfect unit can sleep 4! This top floor, open concept studio has a private balcony, with two bar height Trex chairs and a small table. This unit offers an unobstructed, breath-taking view of the sunset over the bay, full kitchen and laundry amenities, 1 bathroom with a beautiful tile shower, table and four chairs, 1 queen bed (2 pillows, 1 blanket), a queen sleeper sofa (2 pillows, 1 blanket), 1 television, a closet with shelf and hanger space for clothing, 2 beach chairs, and a small beach umbrella. Internet, basic cable TV and streaming services are available. The property has an outdoor pool and hot tub, bayside swimming dock and is located 3 blocks to the the beach. Bicycle and paddleboard rentals are available within walking distance and can be launched from those locations. (Kayaks and paddleboards are not permitted to be launched from this dock. Boat docks are restricted to owners. Please note: this entire property (indoors and outdoors) are non-smoking. Tenants must bring own bedding and towels. 4 Pool tags are provided. Beach tags can be purchased on the beach. * Ask about shorter stays during May, June and Sept. (4 night minimum AND must occur Mon-Fri only)
